Replacement, Return and Refund Policy

Conditions for Replacements:

Returns will only be accepted in below mentioned conditions:

  1. Defective Products: If you find defective product or damaged during shipping, you can replace the product to the company. Replacements will only be accepted for products with proven inferior quality. The inferiority must be verified by a scientific laboratory report from an NABL laboratory in India or equivalent laboratory overseas.
  2. Wrong Products: If you find wrong product, you can request to replacement to the company.
  3. Timeline: You can replace the product within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  4. Condition of the Product: The product will be replaced only if it is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
  5. Process for Requesting a Replacement: If all the conditioned fulfilled, you can request for replacement by email on [email protected].
  6. Verification: The company will verify your request and approve your request if eligible. You should have to show photographic evidence of the issue or returning the product for inspection.
  7. Resolution: The company will send you a new product after replacement approved product would be found to the company. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  8. Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  9. Responsibilities: If the product demaged during shipping, the sender will be responsible for the demages. For an example, if the customer found a demaged product, the company is responsible and if the company found demaged product, than the customer is responsible.
  10. Exceptions: The company will have all rights to take a final decision about replacements may be granted.

We are committed to providing high-quality products and stand by their quality.

We are committed to replace the defective product under replacement policy, so you will not have to return the product. The company will not accept the return goods, so please place your order carefully.

Refunds are only applicable to regular-priced goods. Sale items are non-refundable, unless it is not permitted by applicable law.

Conditions for Refund:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specific number of days.

Late or missing refunds:

Order Cancellations

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled. Orders that are pending dispatch may be canceled, subject to payment gateway charges and internal processing fees.

After we have reviewed and deducted the applicable fees, you will receive an email confirming the deduction amount. Once you approve the amount, the cancellation and refund process will be finalized. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
